Delivery Timelines: Because our items are sourced and fulfilled differently, your order may arrive in separate packages.

• Essential Hardware (Burners & Diffusers): To offer the best quality and technological variety, our hardware is shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners. These items typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. If your order contains both fragrance and hardware, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
