SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take to receive my order?

To bring you the finest hardware alongside our curated fragrances, we utilize a hybrid shipping model.

  • The Scent Library (Bukhoor & 'Oud): These items are shipped directly from our primary facility and typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
  • Essential Hardware (Burners & Diffusers): Our hardware is shipped directly from our global manufacturing partners to ensure you receive the best quality at the best price. These items typically arrive within 7-14 business days.

Will my items arrive in the same package?

If your order includes both fragrances and hardware, they will arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for both shipments so you can monitor their progress.

What is the difference between Everyday Bukhoor and Premium 'Oud Woods?

Our Everyday Bukhoor consists of compound blocks and tablets—a compressed blend of fragrant woods, resins, and oils designed for a smooth, consistent burn, perfect for daily grounding routines. Our Premium 'Oud Woods (including Muattar and raw agarwood chips) are deeply complex, textured pieces of wood soaked in rich fragrance oils, ideal for special occasions and a more profound aromatic experience.

How do I burn bukhoor?

The traditional method requires a Mabkhara (incense burner) and specialized charcoal. You light the charcoal until a gray ash forms over the top, then place a small piece of bukhoor directly onto the charcoal. For a more modern, smokeless experience, we highly recommend our electric diffusers, which heat the bukhoor gently without the need for charcoal.

Are your fragrances safe to use around pets?

While our products are crafted from high-quality ingredients, smoke and essential oils can be sensitive for some animals, particularly birds and cats. We recommend burning bukhoor in well-ventilated areas and observing how your pets react.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged item or a defective piece of hardware, please contact us immediately, and we will make it right.
